- Three Bed room Villa with Swimming Pool – 165  villas.

- Four bed room villa With Majlis & Swimming Pool – 52 Villas.

-  Normal Compound wall – 21 Km

- Decorative Compound wall – 7500 Lm

- Structural & Architectural works.

- Electrical Works

- Mechanical Works.

- Testing & Commissioning works.
