M/s Binham Project Engineering Co & M/s Natural Gardens Contracting Co (JV) was awarded a 37.5 Million contract for the area development of the Lapita Hotel which included the construction of 08 Swimming Pools (Including Adult Pool, Kids Pool, Lazy River, Lagoon Style SPA Pool, Crescent Pools and 03 Exclusive Pools associated with VIP Villas), Water Play Area, Children Play Area, Plantation, Irrigation Systems, Electrical Lighting Systems, Timber Bridges, Laying of Different Stones etc.
